Return Policy

RETURNS

 

All parts returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All used mining hardware must be returned within 7 day of delivery. All returned parts must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. All used equipment is tested before leaving the warehouse and there are no returns accepted on these items. We will make an exception for items damaged in shipping but pictures of the package and damage must be sent to customer service immediately. All serial numbers are cataloged. 

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at support@asicminerparts.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/packing slip, and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed to us if package is sent with insufficient postage. The cost will be deducted from your return to cover any excess shipping charges. 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

The following items cannot be returned [or exchanged:

  • Used Cryptocurrency Mining Hardware with a B grade or below.
  • Broken fans that were installed improperly.
  • Damaged power supplies that were used on a different voltage than the equipment specified.

For defective or damaged products, please contact customer service arrange a refund or exchange.

 

Please Note

 

  • All Sales Are Final on Used Mining Equipment. All equipment is tested before its shipped unless otherwise noted. They can only be returned if Dead On Arrival. Pictures of shipping damage are required for returns. 
  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $10.
  • Sale or Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • All parts must be returned unused and free of tool marks.
